I am 33 and had a miscarriage in 2017 and now have a one year old and i am 162 pounds . I was 174 while pregnant. Started at 155 and lost 20 after i had her now i gained 7 back and i am having terrible time losing . I know the feeling .

That is just it i have been and i either stay the same or i gain a pound ,today i gained so im really frustrated bc ive been the same weight for a few months now

I seem to do that alot ,i have been 150 ,153 for about 6 months ,it must be from being pregnant before idk ,i either stay the same or i gain 2

How often should i weigh ,ive been weighing once a week but i get frustrated if i gain weight after a week
