i'm so sorry for your loss. it does take a while for the pregnancy hormones to reduce fully and that can contribute to an increase in appetite or retention of water. it's good to take a break from trying to lose while you're going through a rough patch, but if you're ready to get back into it i would suggest making sure that you are logging your food on here as accurately as possible.
this includes making sure that you track everything you eat and drink including condiments and snacks, finding correct entries in the database (there are a lot of user entered items that are off), using the recipe builder instead of generic entries for "homemade" things, and accurately assessing your portions (for this a food scale is the best way).
if you've put in your stats to mfp and gotten a realistic calorie goal stick to it as closely as possible, but don't beat yourself up if you miss it by a little occasionally. eat a variety of foods for nutrition and enjoyment and be patient.
if you have any questions, the community here is happy to help as much as possible.

i weigh daily and use a trending app to smooth out the fluctuations (happy scale for ios; trend weight for android) it was a little bit discouraging at first because you can jump up a couple of pounds over night because of sodium, time of the month or food in your system still, but over time it helped me to not stress over the scale as much and view the fluctuations as just natural.1 -
I weigh myself every morning before I eat or drink anything, wearing just my underpants. My weight goes up and down, but is in a downward trend mostly. The weight fluctuations are normal. Just be consistent about weighing yourself at the same time of day.
Log all the food you eat as accurately as you can. I got a food scale, and that's helped a lot. You might be overeating if you're just estimating your calories. And drink lots of water throughout the day.
Finally, how have you set your MFP? You might want to see whether you're "slightly active" because of your job and follow the calorie recommendation for that level. The plan takes your normal daily physical activity into account. If you want to earn some more calories to eat, try adding an after-work 30 minute walk or other physical activity you enjoy. If you haven't lost any weight after two weeks or so, you could adjust your setting to "sedentary" and see whether that works for you.

I seem to do that alot ,i have been 150 ,153 for about 6 months ,it must be from being pregnant before idk ,i either stay the same or i gain 20

I have been trying to not eat past 5 30 ,will.that help0

It really doesn't matter for weight loss purposes whether you eat your calories at night or during the day. If you find it helpful to set a time limit, though, you can. The only thing you must do is eat within your calorie budget.1
