Feeling frustrated

I am 33 stay at home mom . Never thought i would have a baby bc i had a miscarriage in 2017 . Shes 1 now . I am 162 and have been for the past year . I am really trying now and hadnt been and it is frustrating! I dont have that many people to talk to and i feel lonely sometimes staying at home but i love being at home with my daughter . I just want to lose 10 pounds !

Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

I have a weight scale but a food scale sounds better lol0

It's all about being in a calorie deficit. The only way you can know that is if you weigh your food and log accurately into the food diary.2
