I'm also new to the keto diet. Would like some insight on best way to start off. I so far have tried to set my goals to be 5% carbs, 35% protein, and 60% fat on myfitness pal app. Do you guys fast in the morning?

I take it 2 capsules three times a day. I use Advocare's omegaplex.

I keep starting and then stopping. There is a lady at work with a bunch of chocolate on her desk I have to really stop myself from eating any when I get hungry (when I forget my snacks). It's hard to not fall into temptation. I'm with you on your journey. I feel determined as well. Add me!

Hi Anthony, Nice to meet you. I'm turning 30 this year. I have a boyfriend and a 5 year old. My journey into fitness started when my son was about 2 yrs old. I started at home then worked my way to the gym and lifted heavy for a while. Then I started doing crossfit and basically just "ate clean" also tried the paleo diet…
