30 minutes compare to the hour long P90X makes a huge difference! Glad you're having success. I'm in week 6 and am really enjoying it.

Planks, planks and more planks. Forearm planks, side planks, etc. Start slow

Protein and weights are the key to adding muscle. Just make sure a higher percentage of your caloric intake is protein and you will get there!
