counting calories for abs and strong muscles !! Help

I am trying to keep my abs as visible as possible but I am also trying to built muscle I don't know how many calories to consume. I went online but it is mostly for guys. I don't theink a 5'5 feet girl 20 years old should be eating 2000 calories! I Eat 6 times a day and I barely make it to 1500 please help!

    Protein and weights are the key to adding muscle. Just make sure a higher percentage of your caloric intake is protein and you will get there!
