I am trying to allow "bad" foods in daily if they fit my calories like today I had 10 mini peanut butter cups. A binge for me is probably 2000+ calories in a sitting usually so it's horrible, I would eat a whole pot of white rice with oil and two tubs of ice cream and a favorite was two bags of bagels with butter. I try to…

I love seeing what people can fit into their calories and if they went over then oh well it makes me remember that it's not horrible to do so. it happens.

Is it in a box from there? There might be nutrition info or a bar code on the bottom of the box. Looks good though!

To help the OP, I'll only eat my "binge foods" in front of other people in a decent portion, not alone because I'm likely to eat too much because that's how I binged in the past. I still struggle with it but planning my day out helps too

I try to eat dinner late, around 7 or 8 but if I have the calories I'll snack later, if not then I just drink water and try to go to bed early

Why don't you make a soup will veggies and meat and have it for dinner instead of just drinking the broth? And be careful with the oranges sugar if you're eating that many and are diabetic

It's possible to gain weight eating too much "healthy" food.

Do you have high iron levels without the multivitamin? If you do, because of the vitamin you could have even higher levels which could make you tired. Look into that and if it's the case look for a vitamin without iron. Try switching your settings to 1 pound a week weight loss to increase your calorie limit.

My nephew is 3 and says he doesn't like most veggies so I'm trying to be creative and sneak them in lol Today I'm going to put some pureed carrots in his mac n cheese and see if he notices >:)

I tried the 4 hour body diet before and it encourages a pig out cheat day but it was bad for me because I already had binge eating issues. Now I'm trying to work on allowing "naughty" foods in as long as I can 'afford' them calorie wise and not just cheating/pigging out (for me could be 4000+ cals) So if you have issues…

Is it healthy though?

A travel mug of coffee with a packet of hot cocoa mixed in

Eating breakfast later actually helps me eat less at night but some days like today I woke up early and was hungry so I ate
-
Whatever you do, do not eat too much of them at one time

it's really not that big, a lot of people are on a 1000 calorie deficit to lose 2 pounds/week. She would be eating too little if she cut 1000 so 1200 is the lowest and 1500 is for about 1 pound/week
