I second shakes if you are having a hard time making your goals with normal meals. I make one with 8oz wholes milks, two scoops of chocolate whey protein, a whole banana, and about 100g of chocolate ice cream, sometimes more. Comes in around 600 calories and its yummy.

I suppose it's a double edge sword, add everyone and anyone and it may appear one is trying to win a popularity contest. Don't add everyone and come off as an elitist hipster. At the end of the day it's just the internet, there's no real loss.
