While both of those are not necessarily the most nutrient dense foods on the planet, it's certainly possible to eat them and still lose weight. All that OP needs is a caloric deficit.

In regards to logging, I have friends who I know have found it helpful to rename the meals in their diary! Instead of breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks, they are things like "12am-6am" "6am-12pm," etc. YMMV

OP, if you do come back, I would just like to point out that to lose weight, all that is required is a calorie deficit. Clean eating (whatever that is), Atkins, paleo, keto, etc are all methods of doing so. I suggest to try to stop getting caught up in semantics-CICI is all you need!! I made a recent discovery that was a major game changer! My push-up bras never helped me much, I just couldn't see a difference until I found a push-up with a clasp in the FRONT. So weird I actually look like I have boobs/cleavage when I wear one

This ^^ Also, OP have you been measuring your thighs? If not, honestly, it's probably an optical illusion. I have days where I think my thighs, waist, hips, etc have gotten larger. But then I measure them and realize that, nope, they haven't changed a bit.

This. I just like eating later in the day, don't know why, but I always have! Since calories are king, as long as you are fitting whatever it is you are eating into your daily calorie goal, timing doesn't matter! Also, I have found prelogging my food to help a lot! It gives me something to go off of/a plan to stick to that…

I lost my period for over a year while underweight, got it back once I was weight restored, and since starting an exercise routine and going to college, have not seen it!! Been eating in a surplus and nothing yet! However, super interesting about the ovulating without a period!
