You have problems with reading comprehension. I said "eat a a reasonable deficit." I assume you made the pizza comment because you think I meant "eat reasonably" as in, only eat "healthy" foods or something. If the whole point you're trying to make from this extremely vague post is that refeeds are okay for fat loss, then…
-
How is that more optimal, when you haven't specified any given time frame? Over the course of time, a 1,500 calorie week followed by a 3,000 calorie refeed (7th) day for 28 days would equal to the same calorie deficit as 1,714 calories a day for 28 days. That is solely dependent on the approach that an individual would…

If you're looking for an "optimal" answer for shredding fat, it will ALWAYS be to eat in a reasonable (for your stats) caloric deficit. Less-than-optimal ways would be to have surgery, eat at an extreme caloric deficit, or amputation.

What are you talking about?

I might be behind, because I just saw McHoney's 3rd missed squat at 9:22 CST. Don't spoil it!!! LOL ETA: I'm all caught up now, and you're right. That was more exciting to me than the Super Bowl... (I hate NFL though).

Same. I watched 3 teammates compete in the same flight, 1 teammate take his weight class, and Jamal Browner who won overall in that flight with a 495 wilks had his first meet at a local event I was lifting in back in July. Got some more I'm watching today. It's been awesome so far.

Y'all watching the live stream of the Arnold? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYfyrdj8EfI&feature=youtu.be

Very helpful.... OP, a video would be helpful to assess why you're not able to drop low enough.
-
Thank you m8! What's funny is, next week, I may not even be able to break the floor with it.
-
Gotcha, thanks fam.

Different countries cause foods to have different caloric amounts? Explain, please.

You'd probably just be better off creating your own entry. How far off is the low calorie Gatorade though? Are we talking like, 10 calories?
-
It did move extremely well and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little surprised. Thank you! About a little over 3 weeks out and ready to see how well progress has been made.

Deadlifts last night. One single at 505 and 5x3x465 https://www.instagram.com/p/BRHxryoD5pj/

*long meat joke*

Yeah, I totally agree. It just seemed rather matter-of-fact for information that hadn't been provided. I'd be willing to speculate the same, however.
-
I think the Metcons are best bet for OP if she's looking for something flatter, less squishy, and for general lifting to include squats and deadlifts. I will point out that she mentioned not wanting "expensive deadlift shoes" and Metcons are pretty dang expensive, IMO. May want to consider that if you're wanting cheaper…

That's kind of a big 'if' since she didn't mention anything about her workouts other than she leg presses.

I like the way you think!!

"Light" is relative. I could eat a PB&J at 500+ calories with a glass of full fat milk for a total of roughly 700 calories and feel comfortable sleeping afterwards. How many calories are you talking about? Maybe some greek yogurt to fill you up if you can handle dairy okay and it won't make you poop like it does some…

Pleased with bench and squat progression. I'm about a month out from my meat and think my taper will produce something magical. https://www.instagram.com/p/BRDnFwxjY3P/ https://www.instagram.com/p/BRCWH7sjL-n/

I laughed uncontrollably at that.

Certainly won't hurt to try upping your intake by 170 calories per day. Monitor accurately for a few weeks and reassess. Good luck!
-
I shouldn't have assumed those were all third attempts, my bad. And you're right! NEXT TIME!! Glad there's going to be a next time.
-
Nice attempt selection for squats and deads. You sandbagged that bench though!! :p Great first meet. Congrats!!

Are you currently in a calorie deficit? That's going to be the best way to get rid of those boobies. Lower your body fat by eating less. Continue lifting, though. You'll be glad you did as you continue to lose weight. Or just do like me and keep your boobs and just tell people you're a powerlifter. We get a pass for some…
