This isn't my first baby. I'm under Dr supervision. I'll still be taking vitamins because of the calorie restriction. I'm only walking to lose weight because of having a baby. 2 years ago, I walked 2 miles a day (back and forth to work.) I also drunk more fluids then I would eat. I did a 1200 calorie diet. (ate and drunk whatever I wanted but usually ate twice a day) I lost 45 pounds in less then 3 months. I went from 260 to 215,

my doctor told me to eat more veggies and protein because of low iron and a few health issues. so I really don't have a choice. however I really don't like meat so its going to mainly be chicken & hamburger. occasionally seafood. I was advise to put chicken or hamburger in my salads.
