So next month is my birthday (may 27th) anywayssss.. I'm scared!!! I was told that my mother wants to take me to the beach, play some volleyball, swim and cookout. Yeahhh... I'm not getting into a swimsuit looking like this... I got a few weeks to try to push my butt into a bikini!!! ... And look good while doing it lol

My starting weight was 250 though I used my drs scale for that :)

When I started the challenge I told my leader that my scale was broke, she told me to get a new one for weigh Ins. And I weighed myself twice yesterday because I also went to a WIC appointment and the dietitian weighed me there, it was the same thing on their scale. 234.1 I no longer have my old scale, I threw it away. Lol

hes on his feet all day at work (8-12 hours), 6 foot. 200 pounds. goal is not to be "over weight" (lose at least 20 pounds)

my boyfriend wants to do low carb and we don't know what his Marcos should be. that's another reason for this post
