5'2", 250 lbs, with a desk job. I want to drop 50 in 2020. MFP has my daily goal at 1600, but we know that's too high. I'm trying to ease into it, but probably won't see real progress unless I get closer to 1400 and/or add more exercise. Started with a 30 minute treadmill walk last night.
