Deadlifts are a great exercise for your butt and back! So I will try adding them in! And the 100% incline just means as far as your treadmill will go, which is usually between 10 and 13.

I am currently eating 1200 cals a day. When you reach a certain weight and don't change for a period of time then it is time to change it again. One of the best things you can do is lower your sodium intake. Salt dehydrates your cells. Also change your macros to 30% fat and carbs and 40% protein

It is the traditional strawberry and banana smoothies I am ALWAYS craving. So I just use the cheaper bag of frozen strawberries, that way it acts as the ice as well, about 1 cup and 1 banana, then I just add Vanilla Soy Milk to taste. It is so sweet you would never know that there isnt anything added to make it sweet.
