I'm sorry, I'm confused. Why can you not just list your exercises here? Are you selling something?

    * 5 minute warm-up: Treadmill (walk/jog)
    5 sets HEAVY
    - 20 DB walking lunges
    - 20 Leg kickbacks (each leg)
    - 20 BW jump pop squats

    SQUATS!
Start with 25 on a tolerable weight, something you can increase.
Drop down 5 reps each time while increasing weight.

    Cardio:
    Treadmill: Incline 100% on 3.3mph

Good list of exercises. Ever thought about adding deadlifts? They do phenomenal things for your butt. My number 2 favorite strength training move behind squats.

    deadlifts
    squats with bar (wide leg)
    Goblet squats with kettle bell
    sumo squats with olympic bar
    split lunges
    bench step ups
    kneeling cable kick backs

I keep checking this thread, and nobody is posting pictures proving it works. So disappointed.

Deadlifts are a great exercise for your butt and back! So I will try adding them in! And the 100% incline just means as far as your treadmill will go, which is usually between 10 and 13.
