BOOTY BUILDING PROGRAM
* 5 minute warm-up: Treadmill (walk/jog) 5 sets HEAVY - 20 DB walking lunges - 20 Leg kickbacks (each leg) - 20 BW jump pop squats SQUATS! Start with 25 on a tolerable weight, something you can increase. Drop down 5 reps each time while increasing weight. Cardio: Treadmill: Incline 100% on 3.3mph
