Great work! I also hit onederland for the first time in just over 10 years about 6 or 7 weeks ago. I did a little happy dance:) now here's hoping I see the 180's this week!

I had that happen once after eating at 5 guys at 9 pm. I felt so bloated when I went to bed and was expecting a gain from water retention but nope, down a pound. Women's body's are wonderful things....lol

I log my weight every 5 to 8 days. I am trying to lose a pound a week and I tend to weigh myself most days so when I hit the magic 1lb I log it.

I got a juicer last year and wish i had saved the money and bought a vitamix instead. The juice tastes awesomebut the amount of fruit you use and the amount of waste is crazy. And the clean up is a pain. At least with the vitamix you can throw in yogurt and bananas and make it a smoothie. Just my 2cents

I think they are a decent tool. I got one in September and it really made me realize how little activity I was getting. I sit at a desk all day and thought that getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes was ok until I saw how little that actually was. I've added strength training and HIIT workouts 3-4 days a week and focus…
