Thanks @modacielo73 , I think I put it under gardening! I only posted 90 minutes even tho I was busy for over 3 hours! Today I have to clean and vacuum it! That will be another 2-3 hours! Getting my burn on in 2 ways! LOL! Suntanning and burning calories!

YAY!!! Pool is now open! Now I can start charting swimming exercises!!! Woop Woop!!! Hey, I have a question! I have been working on the pool since 11 this morning. Just got done so, could I count that as any type of calorie burn???

Thanks @michaela_g09 , I do know now that losing weight is possible! But it is something that I will struggle with my whole life! But at least I know what to eat now, and what I should not eat! lol

So not ever, EVER, feel guilty because you cannot exercise!!! A lot of people cannot do it! I started with walking on a treadmill! At the lowest that it would go! If you can walk to your door, if you can walk to your mailbox, etc.. it IS SOMETHING EXTRA for exercising!!! We are here to help you!!! Hugs!

@TeaBea If you look at my diary, you can see exactly what I eat. Low carbs/good carbs, high protein, not much sugar at all. To me this is not a diet! This is my lifestyle change. I am 45 and have been on the "diet rollercoaster" long enough. :)

@Urban_Princess ... I am 45 and 5ft even! MFP set my calories at 1000! I am so full now it is not funny! I do not know how people eat more than that! I started at 228 and am now 195 in 10 weeks!! YAY! I exercise everyday now, but am still not hungry even tho not eating over 1000-1100!

I have incorporated T25 into my exercise! Add that with approx 2 hours of dancing and over 1000 calorie burn!! I am determined to get this weight off!!! Hope that everyone is having a great weekend! Oh on another note, going to the beach in a week, and made sure that the hotel had an exercise room! Maybe I am obsessed?? LOL
