Lol I started with muscle. And just kept up the same routine of strength training while making the life change in eatting. So instead of starving I just eat more veggies and lean meats. So I am doing both.. muscle gain and calorie deficit, to help loose extra body fat.

The hubby does it with me as well... it's easier to follow when you have the support. Keeps you from "cheating" when you have that help. I'm on phase 2 week 2 now and the hubby lost 20 lbs already.
