I have always been ashamed of my weight. I have hid from people for years but I think it's important to take risks in how people think of you because the only person who should care what you look like is you. :)

When I'm craving food I usually will try an alternative like for sweet things I'll eat almonds or something salty I'll eat an avocado with lemon juice. I have also tried just chewing the food and then spitting it out instead of eating it and that usually helps.
