He kept talking about that 1 time Jo groped Bridge and he had to just sit there like a stunned mullet and watch

Lol- she is Australian and doesn't have much to say about trump

W3D2 of c25k. My goal was to sit around 9Km/h for my jogging intervals. Dropped to 8.8 a couple times but managed to kick it back up to over 9. Even got up to 9.9 at one stage. There was a lot of breath catching going on, but I did it. @tammierlewis well done!!! Week 4 scares the bejeezus out of me! I was actually meant to…

Also- profile pic- just me and my "old" mare doing our thing (17 isn't old for a horse, right?!?!)

"Girth- a piece of equipment to keep the saddle in place on a horse" <- my first thoughts when I see the word girth

Those are some nice boots!

He started crying like a little *kitten* because I wouldn't share my dessert with him

Starting again for what feels like the thousandth time. Sam, rising 30, country girl, Queesnland, Australia. My goal this year is to barrel race my little pocket rocket mare again. I've promised myself I wouldn't compete on her again until I was under 70Kg. Would love some new MFP friends to share the journey :-)

That grader tyre I had my goal set to solo flip by the end of April? Yeah, I nailed that sucker at bootcamp yesterday! Like 4 or 5 times. It wasn't pretty by any means and I have a lot of work before it is. My next goal is to flip it with some more finesse and fluidity. c25k, w3d2 this morning. Oh man I felt it. But I…

Somewhere in the last 15 seconds of my final jogging interval of c25k I hit 13.1km/h!!! My goal was to hit 12km/h. Smashed it! Was really good to hit it because I waa kinda sluggish on my first couple of jog intervals. Hit 9km/h for 1 and a half minutes yesterday at bootcamp. When the instructor yelled 30 seconds to go I…

Me too! Today was w2d2, smashed it! Hope you're going well with yours.

I defeated that voice in my head telling me to go back to sleep this morning by telling myself I am now one of those people who get up at 5 to either walk the dog or ride one of the horses before work. This morning was w2d1 of c25k. Glad I got up and did it :-)

To start 2018 under 100Kg, 2.3Kg to remove. With pure dedication I'm sure I can do it

Got up at quarter past 5 to ride this morning. Had a nice little ride out which Shakaya and I both enjoyed. Also- 4th day in a row riding in the all purppse saddle. I'm a swinging fender girl, but have been trying to ride in my all purpose more often so I don't start relying on my saddle.

2 minutes with a goal of keeping my speed at 12 and above on the elliptical stepper at bootcamp yesterday- nailed it. That was on the 3rd and final run through too, the other 2 my goal was set at 11. After the elliptical stepper the treadmill was next on the circuit. I did have to walk for a minute to catch my breath after…

This morning when my alarm went off at quarter past 4 I got up, fumbled around, then went back to bed....(I was REALLY tired- or so I thought) I laid in bed for 10 minutes and all I could think was "you really should just get up and go for a walk, an extra hour of sleep isn't going to make much difference, the hour of…

I think you're absolutely right about people not knowing what healthy is supposed to look like. Obesity has become the norm, so healthy looks underweight to most.

This! :'D

I finally get to add something to this thread. 3 actually. 1- I actually got up at quarter past 4 this morning to take my dog for a walk. I was groggy as anything for the first 10 minutes or so but once I got moving I felt fantastic. 2- I have a loop that I complete twice just outside of town. With the 2 loops and to and…

This is hilarious to me. My OH is tall and I'm a shortie. I've learnt to put the seat right back when I get out of the driver's seat after seeing him hit his knee a few too many times (the look he gave me the first few times when I giggled at the sight wasn't so funny though!) Everyone laughs at me the first time they see…

I can't wait for this day, along with the day I no longer have to lift my foot to the iron to get on my horses (currently I even have to do it with my short horses

OMG! Have just spent the last 4 days reading this thread, what an inspiration you all are. I cannot wait to add my own "surprises" Not looking forward to the being cold all the time part as I already feel the cold, but I DO love winter fashion ;-) I think the thing I'm looking forward to the most is being able to get on my…
