I figured we can have a community with a same goal wher we can add friends, check in and motivate each other. I started my new weight loss last week and knew I need a strong supportive community. And it’s working! I went from 185 to 177.8 this week. Granted I’m sure most of it was water, but it a loss is a loss!!!

I love step aerobics! It fun, a throwback, effective, and you don’t need to go to the gym! I put on Bluetooth headphones and workout after I put the kid down for the night.

I gained weight too. My babe is 21 months now, still breastfeeding and I’m still 35 lbs over my pre pregnancy weight. I decided (finally) to start logging my diary everyday. I feel like that is going to be the catalyst for change.

I am not planning on weaning anytime soon. It's up to my boy when he wants to stop. I will start tracking again. I am reasonable with slow weigh loss. I want to maintain my supply. Ugh, I know I should love my body and to be easier on myself for just having a baby, but I am tired of feeling so large and not like myself.

Hi ladies. I haven't been active much on this forum, but had to say MFP is already holding me accountable and I've lost 2.5 pounds in the last week. Imagine what avoiding pints of ice cream can do for you.
