Sorry about not putting what the goal is. Either with fruit or veg ,I didn't know if you could just put in say fruit on its own or have to add milk or water etc.thanks for the recipes

Options or highlights for hot chocolate is about 40 calories without added sugar. I have never drank coffee buy used to be a tea monster with sugar ,now when I have tea I just have it without anything apart from milk. Hot squash is always good if got a sore throat too or maybe hot milk on its own

I keep seeing the offers on for afternoon teas on deal sites and used to really love them before loosing weight so that's next on my treat list though I will share it with my 8 year old who loves them just as much. Enjoy it :)

800 calories is the lowest I eat.im slowly upping my calories and most days I eat a lot more . I know what an anorexic person is like as my mum when she was younger had it and I'm very aware especially with having a teenage daughter myself . I don't starve myself ,just because I'm not scoffing myself with crap like before…

But to me I'm eating lots because I'm always full .I get hungry I eat.i exercise because I enjoy it . My exercise is in the day so it doesn't interfere with family life or work . I've cut exercise out and am constantly cutting down on the exercise I don't actually enjoy .

You can get light beers or non alcoholic ones or try having half pints or making it into a shandy but with diet lemonade. Other than that gin and vodka with a low calorie drink as a mixer is lowest calorie or I have wine but with diet lemonade so it's a spritzer

That's what I googled for them when I first started the classes . I'm 5 foot 3 and a half and 8 stone and 1 lbs as of last Wednesday . I never eat my exercise calories back anyway

I'm eating loads,I eat healthy,I exercise and going from what I used to be like is a big change . I enjoy my food and I'm working on the next stage of my journey . I'm the correct weight for my height as well.

I am cutting back on cardio but I enjoy what I do and what I eat plus the exercise allows me to have more food if I want to.
