A couple of weeks ago ate an entire big seedless watermelon over the course of a week. 2-400 grams at a time. I found it tasty and satisfying and it fit very well in my food/calorie budget. *my calorie goal is pretty big though.

Love aldis. I got regularly for the produce, Coffee creamer, butter, milk, snacks, beans, trash bags, dish soap, cheese, yogurt (I love the greek honey vanilla)... and more.... I like the Belmont desserts and ice cream. And I often like t try various prepared foods like ravioli and chicken tenders. I really like the mama…

I've tried them and liked them. But for me I would rather eat a snack tha drink one. I've really enjoyed Kind Bars and Belvita biscuits as handy quick snacks. The important thing is that you have found something that works well for you and will help you to stay on track. That's awesome!

It never feels good to be informed that you are wrong or challenged to provide proof that what you present is the truth... unless you are a scientist. Scientists groove on that sort of "attack". That's because they don't just want to learn new things but they want to grow and develop and maybe even change the world for the…

Okay. Who says that tall girls can;t still be girly? Of course you can. I have a great friend who is over 6 feet tall and I've seen her rock outfits I wish I could pull off. She is one of the girliest girls know. At the same time she is a strong woman, runs her own ranch, is married to a great guy and just has fun with…

When I had that problem it turned out that the time zones on my profile settings were not set the same on each of the apps.

I always weigh my eggs, in grams. First I weigh the eggs whole then I weigh the shells once they are cracked and subtract the number. For hard boiled eggs I just weigh the peeled egg and log that. Since I get my eggs from a friend's farm they can vary quite a lot is size and weight.

Let's see... I've had a horse flip over backwards on my causing my to land back first on a trailer hitch I've dislocated my right shoulder multiple times I've torn the rotator cuff in said shoulder I've torn a meniscus in my right knee I've had toes broken and a toenail dislodged by 2000 pound horses stepping on me. I've…

Not that complicated really. Just do this...

A little lemon or lime juice and cover with saran so that no air gets to it.

Maybe suggest a different restaurant? It is fine to enjoy Chinese food but you still need to pay attention to how much you eat. Do they have a menu that you can order an entree off of instead of getting the buffet?

Use the USDA egg raw recipe. Weigh the eggs in the shell if you plan to fry them. Then just weigh the shells and subtract. Add in your oil or butter separately. I like them poached too! I even have a special egg poaching pan to make them. :)

Probably because whoever created the "fried" entry uses lots of butter to fry them. Use the USDA raw egg weight. It is more accurate. I always weigh my eggs raw before cooking and log that as well as any butter or oil I use to cook them.

I eat breakfast before I go to work. (Mid to late morning on my day off) I eat lunch on my lunch break ,might skip lunch depending on how late breakfast was and how active I am for the day. I have a small snack after work aka late lunch on my day off I eat dinner around 4:30-5:00 pm I have a second snack in the evening.…

There is nothing wrong with having donuts and hot dogs. As long as you log them and stay within your calorie goal. Realising that you can eat pretty much anything you want as long as you stay within your calorie goal helps a lot. Eventually you just start making healthier choices because while you can have that ice cream…

Step one. Understand that you CAN stop. You just CHOOSE not to.

I don't know about that. I lose 1/2 pound every morning on the same program.

Why not cook 4 and have two each? Just cut back a little on something else later in the day that your son won't notice as much. One extra sausage won't break the bank.

You expected weight loss to make you happy. It won't. Happiness has to come from inside of you not from any external source. You have to chose to be happy. Yes. I do know how that sounds. I used to think probably the same thing you are thinking when people told me the same thing. But guess what? It's true. I know because I…

Elizabeth is that a Standie? Pretty pretty. :)

I just ate pizza while I read this entire thread. FOR BREAKFAST!! >:) Leftovers from last night's dinner. It was delicious. There is nothing wrong with eating pizza now and then. I also don't really understand how a healthy fat like mozzarella cheese which also has a lot of protein and some vitamins becomes empty calories…

Spent a beautiful afternoon out on the trails. :) Great way to get some pizza calories.

Log all of the food you eat carefully and correctly. Eat food you like. Stay within your calorie budget. Do this 24/7/365 no matter what. When you run out of calories for the day stop eating. Exercise to earn extra calories and enjoy some or all of them. Eventually you start deciding you would rather eat more vegetables…

I see you are new here.... Personally I have found that reading a lot has really helped me with belly fat. Read every stickied post you come across. It has worked for me. :)

What's the debate? Sports drinks come in handy if you are working hard. They have sometimes a lot of calories. Water is probably best for everything else and fits easily into any calorie budget. Vitamins should chiefly come from a balanced diet. One is not necessarily better than the other. Personally I only use sports…

Spring, summer, winter, fall. Keep your routine. You know what you need to do. So do it.

Yep. This isn't a thing you do get it over with and are done with. This is for life. Stop viewing it in terms of getting to a destination. Think of it in terms of making permanent life changes. Take time to notice all of the small positive effects on your life, sense of well being and health.
