  • It doesn't taste sour to me but I think regular yogurt tastes sickingly sweet. I can eat unsweetened yogurt without any problems. You get used to not having all the sugar.

  • I use almond milk (vanilla unsweetened). You get used to not drinking creamy, sweet coffee. Now if I use regular creamer and sugar it tastes strange. I don't drink any sweet drinks really. I'd rather eat my calories (or if I am drinking my calories it will be in the form of alcohol!).

  • I took bikram for a while. What helped me feel better during and after class is making sure I drank something with a little electrolytes and carbs. I started making my own drink with sea salt, lemon, and agave nectar. Of I drank plain water I would feel nauseous and dizzy.

  • I always walk really fast. I have to remember to slow down when I'm with anyone. I walk a mile to and from work everyday. It takes me about 15 mins. I could probably walk faster but then I would get there all sweaty.
  • I eat a smaller breakfast and lunch (usually both for under 500 calories) because I'm generally not that hungry until later. I try to make sure neither of those meals are carb heavy or I will be starving in an hour.
