I have the Duo 6-quart. I got it for Christmas, 3 years ago.

bumping this thread because I just tried Dunkin Donuts decaf and it actually tastes pretty good.

I've done p90x in the past. Calorie burn varies depending on the workout and how much effort you're putting in. For instance, core synergistic and yoga x are going to have different calorie burns. Then calorie burns are going to be different from week to week. One week, my HRM shows a burn of 585 and then the following…

Not in a while, but it's happened to me.

@glassyo is probably right. I'm gonna guess roughly 600 calories for the chicken, 150 for the crispy noodles, 50 calories for the lettuce and veggies, and 280 calories for the dressing. That looks like it's a 4 oz container for the dressing but I can't really tell from the second picture. Assuming you ate all the dressing,…

We could almost be body doubles, except I'm 5'2.75" and your arms/shoulders are where I want to be. I'm currently at 120 and I'm really happy with where i'm at, but I am trying to get to 112 and re-assess when I get there.

heh. I actually have a pair of the second one. They're gathering dust somewhere. I can't jump with them on, but I can kinda run with them.

I think about food all the time. I'm thinking about food right now. That doesn't mean I want to eat food right now. I think about what I have to cook tonight, what I have to pack for everyone's lunches tomorrow, what I need to put on my grocery list, etc.

I don't know if it is a thing, but I occasionally did it with both my kids when they were little. My son loved it. My daughter hated it.

One more thing. I'm half Japanese and my husband is 100% Japanese and this is the way we do sushi at home. All ingredients are laid out separately on the table. Nori sheets are cut down to more manageable pieces (or bought pre-cut) and then each person just grabs as much rice, fish, and veggie as they want, put on the nori…

In addition to what @shaneozouf said, I would recommend that you watch a couple of Youtube videos on making sushi rice and sushi rolls. Or read this link from seriouseats.com. Other than using good rice, the key to good sushi rice is to make sure that you use a fan to cool the hot rice to room temperature while you add in…

Is there an entry for that in the database?????

Yes, it has built-in GPS tracking, meaning you don't need to bring your phone with you. The watch won't display the map while you're running/biking, but the info is stored.

My 8-year old son has been my workout buddy since he was 3 years old.

I don't have an ionic but a quick google search shows that it has gps and you can absolutely track your run/bike route.

I have a Phillips Air Fryer. It's great for chicken wings and other skin-on chicken pieces. My only complaint is that it's too small and I have to cook in batches. The Air Fryer is just another arsenal in my list of kitchen gadgets (including the Instant Pot). It hasn't replaced anything.

Do you enjoy the "clean" and "healthy" foods that you're eating. Somebody asked if you're being overly restrictive. It doesn't necessarily mean calorie-wise. If you're eating foods that you hate, you start to crave other foods and maybe that's why you're binging.

pics aren't showing up but it sounds super delicious.

It was in the Philippines. I didn't literally pick it fresh off the tree though.

I'm signed up for a century in early Feb, but I might just do the 60-mile option, depending on how my training goes. I've never done a century but that's my goal for this year.

I love jackfruit and I used to eat it a lot when I was little, but I only eat the ripe variety, fresh from the tree. I remember trying the green kind and not liking it. Typically the green, unripened fruit has to be cooked - not necessarily boiled, just cooked. You can probably eat it raw just like any vegetable but it may…

There shouldn't be that much sugar in sushi rice, but then again, it depends on where you get it. I tend to get chirashi bowl so that I can control how much rice I eat.
