It sucks right now, but it's one of the best things you can do for yourself! Besides, if you keep at it, you won't have 80lbs to lose for long!

Hey everyone :) I'm about to turn 24, and I've still got at least another 40lbs left to lose. A few years ago I lost about 130lbs, and now I'm on the final push to get to where I want to be. Feel free to add me!

That's a great goal, and totally achievable! I'm hoping to lose the last 40lbs or so in about the same time frame. Congrats on the major lifestyle changes!

That's something that you're going to have to find. Will you have loose skin? Probably. Will it be awkward? Maybe. All you can do is stay on track, keep hydrated, and try not to worry about it. I've got loose skin, but it's not something that some shapewear can't fix. I guarantee that whatever your results may be, some…

I'm right there with you. I lost about 100 pounds a few years ago and I've just been maintaining. Now I'm trying to drop the last 50 or so pounds :)

Like Monklady123, brushing my teeth really helps curb any late night snacks. Mostly because I'm lazy and don't want to go through the effort of brushing them again if I eat something. Just grabbing a glass of water is probably the easiest thing you can do. If you're already up and in the kitchen, it's just as easy to grab…

One official weigh in a week is what I'm going for right now. I know that for me when I track my weight every day, it can easily get discouraging once the weight loss starts to stall and you're "stuck." Once a week is enough to keep track and not freak out about the day to day fluctuations.

I'm in a similar place as the rest of y'all! I'm 23 and want to lose about 50lbs. A couple years ago I lost 120lbs and have just been maintaining it since then. I've gone back and forth trying to get serious about losing the last bit of weight. I'm finally at a place where I feel like I can commit to staying on track with…
