In the end, it doesn't matter what you eat, just how much you eat. Watch your portions, log everything you put in your body, and just be mindful of your nutrient goals. If you're picky, find a few whole foods that you enjoy and start trying out new recipes with those as ingredients. For example, if you like Rainbow Chard, see if you can find a new way to prepare it every week!0
