Meh.. I have the biggest sweet tooth. Like id rather eat cake than a steak. I always leave 200-300 cals or more at the end of the day for my sweets. My cal goal is 1270-1400 a day (depending on activity level) I make it fit so I don't binge, I'm never hungry and I'm still losing,

I started out with Fitbit Flex a year ago and now Fitbit HR since December. I eat most of my calories burned and lose weight every week.

Yes.. Ice cream is my absolute favorite treat. And I don't do the low cal crap either. Right now my favorite are the Haagen Daz mini ice cream bars. My husband asked me one night if I REALLY had to have ice cream. Yes, yes I do

This is only 20 lbs down but I can see my apron shrinking. I have 3 kids and still have 50 lbs to go. It's one thing I hate the most. It actually only showed up after kid number 3.

I guess I'll be the odd ball. I'm super hungry after a workout. I workout in the morning and really need to eat something afterwards or I'm fatigued and nauseous. I'm not a breakfast person normally. I don't eat till almost lunchtime.

I usually have a steamed shrimp with mixed veggies, sauce on the side. White or brown rice, whichever I'm in the mood for. Or I'll have small shrimp or beef with broccoli, white or brown rice.

Not British, NZer. Yes the kids have their own child sized table and chairs and we have a snack and drink together around 10am. Helps with setting routines and means I don't end up with hangry kids. SAHM here also! Definitely reduce the items that you tend to snack on the most. Replace them with healthier options. I'm sure I did I just don't know how much because I refused to weigh myself. I weighed on 12/18 at 176.4, I ate and drank whatever I wanted during the holidays but still logged. I weighed myself for the first time this past Friday at 176.2 so I'm back on track.

I did know that at some point about the size of the glasses. Thanks for reminding me :) I usually have a Riesling or prosecco or even a moscato. I guess those are more caloric?
