Caffeine negates water intake?
Someone just told me that the water in coffee or soda doesn't count as water intake, that it negates it. You'd have to drink extra water to make up for the caffeine. Anybody ever heard of this? I thought water was water?

Why so many calories for such a small serving?? And why are wine glasses so huge if the recommended serving is so small?! I guess I'm just whining :smiley:

Eating habit change
How long did it take for you to change your eating habits? Meaning what you eat, not how much. I have a hard time not eating sweets. I will literally go hungry during the day to be able to eat my sweets at night. I have 2 meals a day and sometimes a healthy snack in between, but I'm really careful to have a few hundred…

Updating goals
Not sure if this belongs here but I know you guys are really helpful. I went to see how many calories I'd get if I were "lightly active" from "sedentary". I then switched it back to sedentary and now my calorie goal is 30 calories less than it was originally. I have no idea what happened. Thoughts?

Question about banking my cals
Hello all! So I've been banking some cals since Sunday for tonight's date night. I banked 827 which include some excercise cals. My question is, should I only use half? I like to add it to my diary as "bank" so I don't go into negatives. Thx!

Fitness blender.. Does it get easier?
Hello all! So I started Fitness blender videos on YouTube today. 25 minutes of warm up, HIIT then cool down. I thought I was going to vomit in the end. Bringing over cals
Am I able to bring over cals that I didn't eat the days before? I workout 4 days a week but the days I don't, I'm extremely sedentary. If I don't eat all of cals, can I bring them over to the days I don't workout?

Differences in eating when exercising and when you don't
Im having difficulty sticking to my calorie goal when I don't exercise. It's such a big difference from when I do that I'm so hungry. I've tried sticking to my non exercise calorie goal when I do exercise but I'm STARVING. How can I deal with this?
