The same thing is happening with me. The numbers are dragging their feet, but I'm noticing other things. My bf has this habit of running his fingers along my side (and between my back fat rolls) when I'm snuggled next to him. A couple nights ago, I noticed he wasn't doing that because he couldnt! The rolls are still there when I'm standing, but they're shrinking and smoothing out when I'm laying down. I got so excited! And so did he.

Recently, I was like, "Why is this bra tight?" and then I realized I usually wore a strap extender with that bra and now I can wear it without one!
