Have you ever heard the phrase 'if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?' Good for you that you like all kinds of food & have never had this problem. As a lovely lady above mentioned there are many problems linked to eating habits.. Please don't be so judgemental in future. I'm sure it wouldn't be…

Hi :-) thank you for your reply! How old is your son? Does he deal with it well? I have a 6 year old sister that has severe autism and many medical problems due to being born at 24 weeks & along with that comes not eating.. She is fed via a gastro peg and the only solid food she eats (or sucks to death until they melt lol)…

Hi everyone! After just answering an inbox message from a fellow 'fussy eater' I realised just how picky I am.. Here's what I said.. I also don't like seafood, Jello (or jelly as we call it here), oranges or mushrooms either! It might actually be a shorter list to tell you the things that I do like lol! Hmmm let's think..…

Hi :-) Thank you for your reply and great suggestions.. I am from the UK so I'm thinking I will have to find the alternative brands etc. But will definitely look into it as I do need my chocolate fix every single day (especially after dinner!) it's going to be very hard for Easter Sunday tomorrow!! I've never tried protein…

You're right there; chocolate DOES indeed make life better! That was what I weighed before I put on the weight, but you could be right. I'll stick maybe to how I feel etc instead of focusing on the scales. :-)

Thanks so much for your reply! As you mentioned I don't have huge amounts to loose, so it's the stubborn areas that I just can't seem to shift. What you mentioned about your yoghurt is probably the best way to go, so that you actually still enjoy the things you are eating an testing your willpower with when to stop! I've…

Send you a request! :-) It is hard isn't it.. Because we tend to stick to the same foods, no variety! I find it a nightmare eating at other peoples houses, because I hate to be rude, but can't physically make myself eat things I don't like. It's a vicious circle!

Thank you! :-) I've needed scales for soooo long now, so this is definitely the push I need to go and buy some! From everyone's advice, so start with I think I will eat less of the stuff I like, so I still get to eat it & incorporate very small portions of things that I don't like in with things that I do. This forum is…

Hi It does sound like a bit of a contradiction doesn't it! What I mean is I am a very VERY fussy eater, but, I do eat a lot of the stuff that I do like! As you mentioned - chocolate etc. I think I have a sugar addiction. I struggle with eating veg, salad, fruit... Everything that is good for you basically!

Hi again, That is what I weighed before my crippling anxiety, depression and panic attacks came into play and I've since piled on pounds i'm not used to carrying.. I don't fit in any of my clothes comfortably and don't have the money to go out & buy a wardrobe full of new ones.. I want to fit back into them. Because I am…

Hi lovely, Thank you for the comment, nice to know you're not the only one huh! Nightmare sometimes isn't it! I've added you☺️

Hi :-) Do I sound really ignorant if I say I'm not sure what macros and micros is? I'm assuming it would be vitamins and minerals needed?.. Most likely not if I'm honest. I will try my very best to add in things here and there that I don't like.. Scary though!

That's a very good tip! I have most recently sneaked in leak into casseroles/stews and mixed with everything else I feel like I can't taste it as much. It's hard being such a fussy eater huh! I'd love to go to a restaurant and be overwhelmed with choices, I always stick to the same thing, it's safe and no money gets…

Hi, I am 5'4' and if my scales are right (which I suspect not) I weigh 138lbs...

Hi! All of the above. I've not tried any seafood before because of texture, visual and smell! I can never buy ready made sandwiches in any shop because I either don't like the combination (I prefer a plain cheese or plain ham etc.) & they put mayo in everything; which I don't like either. I am the same with drinks.. I've…

You're probably right! I am so impatient with weight loss.. But probably is a better option. Thanks!

I am going to put all of your ideas and suggestions into practice tomorrow at the gym (it's nice and quiet on Saturdays) so I will let you know how I get on☺️ I have definitely thought about watching other people use…

Wow! I have logged on and seen all of your lovely, helpful replies and it's really overwhelming! Thank you! (It sounds nerdy, but I'm going to print out all of your replies and make myself do it).. I nearly had a panic attack going to my boyfriends families house today for dinner, but, I went and I did it. (We've been…

Hi Betty! Thank you so much for your repy! I didn't get an induction, no.. It's a really really tiny family run gym & on my first arrival they just said if you need anything, ask, I just feel embarrassed that it's now two months down the line. I have anxiety, depression and panic attacks, so it is a miracle that I get…
