Fresh vegetables. I have BED and seeing the low calories triggers me to binge. It's the thought of "oh all those vegetables were only 35 calories I can eat a lot more of that" and then it gets bad so I just don't log them.

I have not had the problem of binging on junk food for me it was almost always fresh vegetables. I have never binged on chips or candy or "junk" food it's always when I restrict those foods that the binging is worse for me. Part of it in my personal observations is that people trust people at church and will buy the product and say it was great even if it wasn't just to be polite.

This is probably right, one cup of grated cheese is usually 400 calories minimum. I use my weekly goal and don't focus on my daily numbers because some days I'm not very hungry and other days I'm very hungry.

McDonald's maple bacon dijon grilled chicken sandwich(580calories, 48g protein, 50g carbs, 21g fat) and fries (340calories, 4g protein, 44g carb, 16g fat). I have this a couple times a week as my second dinner.

I sometimes drink green tea with mint but it doesn't have any affect on my weight because it's not replacing calories.

Since you have previously stated that you suffer from anorexia and binge restrict cycles have you talked with your treatment team about your current plan. Low calories and exercise 5/6 times a week and a goal weight that is at the bottom of health bmi could be excessive and unhealthy for you.

The lack of energy is from lack of calories. Please talk to your doctor about the low energy and how few calories you are consuming and try to eat higher calorie foods

If your maintenance calories are 1800 and tou consume 1400 calories you are at a 400 calorie deficit. I hope this help, good luck.

How did you determine that you only consumed 600 calories? That seems like a lot of food for 600 calories, two hamburger patties and an apple would probably be close to 600 calories.

I'm 4'11" and 120lbs and I net approximately 1400 calories a day and consume between 1600 and 2000 calories on most days.

I say something similar to this, being overweight is not a sin or illegal and losing weight is not a punishment.

I use MyProtein Whey Isolate unflavored. I use it because I can change the flavor to anything I want and that way I don't get bored. I've tried many shakes that were then donated because I didn't like them, I hate cookies and cream protein shakes :s shakesand most other dessert flavors.
