What worries me is the self diagnosed BED and the way she acts like it's nothing, it's insulting to people who struggle daily.

The bolded is in my opinion is why so many people believe that eating late causes weight gain/stops weight lose. The problem is when people sit and mindlessly eat at night. I eat most of my calories after 6pm and as long as I log it and stay within my calorie goal it haa no effect on my weight.

It's about calories, to lose weight you must consume less calories than you burn. I gained weight as a vegetarian and then gained weight as a low carb vegetarian who ate minimal processed food. What you eat matters for nutrition and satiety, the amount you eat matters for weight.

Someone said they were bringing fruit salad, it was actually taffy apple salad so the whole day/night everyone was using air quotes to talk about the "fruit salad" it was good

I think people assume that if people don't eat "clean" they must be eating like a 5 year old in a candy store. It aggravates me when people act as if everyone is either eating lean meat and vegetables or donuts, candy, and chips. This made me laugh so hard I cried. I'm a survivor and fasting did not do anything positive for my body.

Crash diets usually result in regain and some extra. You should care about your health more than your weight and at calories this low you are not getting proper energy or nutrition. Eat at a reasonable deficit and think of your health.

This would irritate me way more than it should. I feel like half a cookie is just wrong and they should just make smaller cookies.

I agree with you. I rarely drink a 20oz bottle and a 12oz can takes hours to finish and seems like a lot to me.

I'm not quitimg but it sounds like you need something else to do other than smoke or eat. Knit, play a game, do a puzzle, take a walk. You are use to doing something with your hands and mouth frequently but you need a distraction other than food. Good luck

I will gain 10lbs from water weight depending on food choices and cycle but it's gone in 4 to 10 days usually.

This is important! A trainer is not a dietician or even a nutritionist and usually have little training in nutrition. Be cautious of diet advice given.

It sounds like dehydration but with migraines it is important to see a doctor. I have chronic migraines and they can be a serious medical problem.
