One of my favorite snacks is cottage cheese and Doritos. Being at a calorie deficit for three days is going to make you lose water weight. Try eating a at a resonable calorie deficit for a few months and adjust your macros so you don't feel hungry all the time. You don't need some special diet to lose weight you just need…

Food is amoral, it's not good or bad it's fuel. Most people who try to "be good" on a diet crash and lose motivation. You don't have to remove favorite foods from your life. Make small changes and focus on portion size and getting adequate protein.

I eat my exercise calories, all of them, a lot of people start by eating 50% of them and adjust the % based on actual results.
-
My guess is calories people ignore

Ask yourself if you want to lose weight and be healthy and fit or if you want to do a crash diet and harm your health. If you want to be healthy lose weight slower, eat atleast 1500 net, eat a variety of foods and no food is bad you just need a balance between nutritionally dense foods and calorie dense food. Good luck

I drink a couple times a week, having cranberry and vodka now. I account for it and it isn't any different than other calories.

This, a good doctor, therapist, or counselor won't push drugs on you and will take all concerns seriously and if they don't tell them to have a good day and walk out.

I've done well with it the last few years. I spent time in a clinic, an actual clinic with specialist, and the binges haven't occurred as often and are not as intense. I learned good ways to cope and have developed a better relationship with food.

I love you, you made me laugh so hard I started choking

This happens to me also. OP, you need to figure put which macro combination and timing work for you.

If I have a binge compulsion and don't eat my condition worsens, my body itches uncontrollably, I get nauseous, irritable, violent, and even suicidal. The absence or presence of food does not have anything to do with it for me.

When I received treatment the first month at the clinic I was being treated for bulimia and it wasn't going well. After a month one of the doctors recognized that I didn't have bulimia and he contacted an associate who worked with BED and I had to go to a clinic in another state but it was worth it. I do the same things…

It's important to find someone familiar with BED. I found that many people even those who specialize with eating disorders have trouble treating BED.
-
It is important to understand the difference between BED and a sugar binge. Do you just binge on sweets or "junk food"? Do you feel an uncontrollable need to eat and then go seek out food or do you just over eat when food is offered? What happens if you don't eat 5 cupcakes? Can you stop and just want to continue eating…

I don't need to be rewarded for living a normal healthy life. When I stopped looking at what I eat as anything other than normal I didn't need rewards.
-
It depends on what works for you. I know if I don't eat a snack at night I wake up extremely hungry the next morning.

I have never seen them but I want a purple one.

You should discuss this with a professional because it sounds like you are developing an eating disorder.

It only increases my appetite if I'm not eating enough protein, if I'm eating enough protein my appetite decreases.

I was drinking 2 or 3 cans of Pepsi a day and started losing faster when I switched to Pepsi max. It really helped my weightloss because I didn't have sugar cravings anymore either so I've cut out about 500 calories a day. It will only help your weightloss if it helps you achieve a calorie deficit.

This, I often find entries that are way off.

Now I'm inspired to add pb2 powder to mashed bananas for crepes.

I usually take home half of my food, I do this every time and last week I shocked everyone by eating all my food and not saving half.

Today I had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich (two pieces wheat bread, 1 slice pepper jack cheese, one slice cheddar cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1 fried egg) for dinner I had 223 grams of deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza, salad and still have calories left. Now I'm trying to decide if I want tuna or an egg mcmuffin, you…
