I am not a big fish fan either but when I do eat it I usually select Talapia. I put some creole seasoning on it and cook it on the grill, once done I add some lemon juice and it doesn't have the fishy taste.

I too am always interested in adding new friends. I love giving and receiving support, the first time I used MFP I was all about diet and exercise, this time around I want to have some fun so if you friend me you man not always see fitness related posts on my page.

I had the same problem...working my butt off in the gym and then running afterwards. It slowed me down, now I run before lifting and my times have improved.
