This is the easiest lifestyle change I have ever made. I have been on many diets in my life, only to gain it all back, plus some. I eat 1200 cals a day and I am very satisfied. I used to eat a LOT more, but I think since the nutritional quality of my food has increased, I am staying full longer.

I take essential fatty acids and it helps significantly with sagging skin. I use the efa"s they sell through Slimgenics. They are expensive, but others have said they tried other brands and have not had the results they have gotten with the Slimgenics brand.

Yes! Walking is great! I started cutting back calories 3 weeks ago, added walking 2 weeks ago, and I am down 12 pounds.

Hi! I am at 1270 calories per day. I have 90 pounds to lose and I have lost 10 since I started 3 weeks ago. I started walking a minimum of 2 miles a day last week. Seems to be working well so far. We can do this!!

I don't use butter or oil for cooking...or anything else. I eat a lot of chicken and egg whites, fresh veggies and fruit. I am usually around 30 or so over for protein and 20 under for fat.
