We use the reduced sugar ketchup. I can't tell a difference at all. My kids love it and never noticed the difference either.

Overnight oats are very filling! There are lots of recipes online. My favorite has oats, chia seeds, light coconut milk, vanilla greek yogurt and crushed pineapple. Less than 300 calories.

I'm not sure what all they have, I have bought their corn and flour tortillas, but just recently came across the chips.

I eat there often and have lost almost 3 lbs a week on average. I get light brown rice, chicken, mild salsa, corn and extra lettuce.
