I've lost 92 pounds, I am now vegan and have been for 76 days lost 58 pounds in the 76 days. Currently having to see a cardiologist for heart palpitations and a heart murmur they just found and dizziness/lightheadedness and pretty nervous and worried about it. My cholesterol went from borderline high number to my total cholesterol is 133, LDL is 52 and HDL is 55. Add me if you want because I'm not sure how to do it. Thanks!

Great Job. I'm Sharon and I lost 60 pounds. I have about 70 more to go. I would love to have you as a weight loss buddy. I gained about 15 pounds back. I'm really trying to go forward. Keep up the good work.0

oh ok. I just wondered because when I started I went pretty restrictive on sodium etc to begin with (which might happen for you just from going vegan, depending on how much processed stuff you have), not realizing I should have been having more because of how much I run and it ended up screwing up my sodium/potassium balance which can cause heart palpitations and dizziness (from orthostatic hypotension). i actually found that my blood pressure went up, though.0 -
I had heart palpitations too...went to a specialist because I was terrified. He said they are VERY normal and more people than not...have them.0
