  • Cliff bars are good they have 230 calories total but they do have vitamins and minerals, etc but I usually eat one with my protein shake and an egg with bacon before I work out and one afterwards

  • It's always good to stretch your lower and upper extremities on your leg so that your knee doesn't become weak again before working out and possibly having the same injury again, it can possibly help strengthen your knee.
