i started using this app a couple years ago and didn't log on for along time until today I realized I still had it and I have been working out a lot recently and it's been a struggle with school and work and finding some free time to loose some calories. I'm still trying to figure out this app but I'm also taking a diet and nutrition therapy class At the moment and it's been very helpful to understand just about everything the body needs on a daily basis and all of the above. But anyways just wanted to say hey and that I'm ready to put more progress results and change of my diet on here

  • Hi Guys! I have just started getting serious about tracking my food intake as well as weight training. I have a long road a head of me (or it feels like) Ultimately, I would like to be able to compete in fitness comps and get back to races/tris.

    Open to any advice :)

    Anyone is free to add me as well. I just got back into MFP after a couple of months off. The weather is warming up and time to get in shape!
