i started using this app a couple years ago and didn't log on for along time until today I realized I still had it and I have been working out a lot recently and it's been a struggle with school and work and finding some free time to loose some calories. I'm still trying to figure out this app but I'm also taking a diet and nutrition therapy class At the moment and it's been very helpful to understand just about everything the body needs on a daily basis and all of the above. But anyways just wanted to say hey and that I'm ready to put more progress results and change of my diet on here

Hi Guys! I have just started getting serious about tracking my food intake as well as weight training. I have a long road a head of me (or it feels like) Ultimately, I would like to be able to compete in fitness comps and get back to races/tris.

Anyone is free to add me as well. I just got back into MFP after a couple of months off. The weather is warming up and time to get in shape!0
