im wanting to start a good effective and cheap meal plan on top of working out on a hectic schedule. I would be much appreciated if anyone could help me out. I'm new to this.
has anyone tried the Mediterranean diet or the Asian diet? And how effective was it to your weight loss? I was taught about this in my nutrition class and wanted to know what people's opinions were about whichever diet that worked out for them the best. Thanks!
