I thought this thread was about the show on Discovery channel... lol! I haven't gone through a shark week on LC yet, but I did have bad cramps before. Using magnesium oil has been incredible, as well as taking a regular B-complex. What the body doesn't use, you pee out. Brilliant.

Yes! I was going to recommend this... I used to get migraines, but this has been a wonder "drug" for me. No nasty side effects, either.

When I am feeling really snacky and crave popcorn, I make nachos with pork rinds, cheddar, and salsa. Just a few satisfy.

Hmm, I will hope that I will be one of the lucky ones. So far, I have so much more energy than normal, and I have no desire to binge. No hunger pains. This is so strange for me. When did y'all notice weight loss? I *do* feel like I am peeing like I'm nine months pregnant!

Same here! I've only got 20 pounds, but it's the same weight I've been trying to lose for years. Being accountable to others is so helpful!

I am in the center of this... Yes, I'm having a difficult time losing weight, but it's for two reasons. In my control: not smoking, food choices, exercise. Out of my control: hormones, injuries. So, I just have to work harder!
