  • Thank you so much! I have decided to give myself one cheat day every week. I won't go over board but at least let loose a little and not be as strict. If I completely cut out all things bad, I'll be one grouchy lady! Lol

  • My mom lost 100 pounds when she was in her early fifties. She struggled to lose it but it's been off for 7 years now. She got a walking DVD and does that and yoga at home.
  • I'm so happy to see new mom's! Lol I just had my 2nd boy 3 months ago! I lost 30 pounds before I got pregnant using this app then I gained a TON while pregnant. I've lost 30 pounds but I still have a long ways to go!
  • I drink a ton of water. If I start to feel hungry and know it's just because I'm bored I'll drink a 1/2 to a whole bottle of water. If I'm still hungry then I'll eat a small snack, if not then I know I was bored.
