I would like to join!!! About 4 months ago I was soda free, I literally only drank water with the occasional sparkling water to curb my soda craving. When I cut soda I lost 10 lbs within a month! Lately I have been drinking a soda daily or every other day and would like to cut it out again.

Hi! I'm so glad I am not the only one who suffers from anxiety/panic attacks! I am struggling right now with weightloss and having additional issues makes it even more difficult. I enjoy reading everyone's posts on how they have managed their anxiety/depression, etc and look forward to trying new things to manage mine.

Thank you! I will definitely try exercising in the evening!! I am currently exercising 3 times a week just doing walk away the pounds video or Jillian micheals 30 day shred video. I usually exercise in the morning 30 mins. :)

I do the same thing! I am motivated during the day but when I get home or by dinner time I'm starving. :/
