I drink lots of water and chew gum whenever i get the urge to grab more -- which helps. I also try to eat a larger amount of low calorie foods such as strawberries, lettuse etc because you get to eat a greater volume to fill you up. More bang for you buck I guess. I do agree some days are much more difficult then others.

I use to say I was 5 -4 but the reality is I was only 5-3-1/2. Now I can only say i am 5-2-1/2. At my heaviest i was 232 -10 years ago was able to loose 102 pounds stictly with diet & exercise. Have gained 12 pounds recent due to a flair up of an old back injury and do not plan to keep it!!!! Feel free to add me.

I understand exactly where you at, because about 12 years ago I weighed 232 and able to loose 102 pounds over a year. Loosing the weight is hard lots of up and downs, expect to hit platues and maintaining the weight loss is just ad hard.

I am with you. Years ago I lost a large amount of weight (100 lbs) I have gotten extremily busy at working 10 to 12 hour days without much of a break usually grazing, but my biggest problem is I have fallen off the exercise bandwagon and gained 18 pounds. I need to get remotivated before I gain it all back
