I do the McDowell Mountain Long Loop on most Saturdays. It is pretty challenging and it burns about 2000kCals for the eight mile ride for me.

You don't need consent as long as there is no expectation of privacy in an area. I could take pictures through your bedroom window as long as I could see it from the street but it would be illegal to take pictures of people in a public restroom. You can thank the first amendment and the supreme court for that.

I feel for you. I'm allergic to eggs, most grains, dairy, several kinds of nuts, some beans, oranges, grapefruit and a bunch of odds and ends. Try going to a restaurant and find a meal that doesn't have dairy, wheat or eggs. The good thing is I'm allergic to most junk food.

What it sounds like is that you have a lousy doctor. When I make an appt I usually get in within a day or two. It's usually my schedule that is the problem. So no, Obama-care did not destroy the "system", since it was broken to begin with. If anything it is better now.

Muscle weighs a lot more than fat and takes up less volume. So you toned up and lost fat. Toned woman are a lot more attractive than just skinny.
