I work for a Japanese company. At lunch they eat so much. It's always some type of rice with meay or fish. Not alot of sauces. Then they get a salad or a soup. I can't figure out how they can eat so much. They ezt small breakfast i think. Never see them eat breakfast, jusy coffee and cigarettes.

Thanks everyone for the inspiration. I'm definitely doing this for a while. Not sure if i can hit 220 lbs. That might be like starving myself. But if you go slow and over time (like a year ) it might work.

I can see that. I always jump in, and go hard. Then back off and fail because of starvation. But if i take it slow, and eat the amount to loose weight slowly. I might finish this one. I always go to starvation mode after a week or do. When i do Akins diet. I get to much fat, and don't loose alot.

She made me a workout calender, made it start slow and increase over time. Just getting me active. Then into weights and cardio, just a little at a time, but increasing. This use this website to track a diet plan and cal in tracking. Having me increase protein and lower fat. Only usr healthy fats

I did all the faf diets. Only work till your not lazy anymore. I just accepted the fact that i now have a big gut, and I'm a big guy. But my daughter wants me to do it for her.
