What have you guys all done to lose weight?

If no one does i understand.

I know how it is my family and friends are doing the same.

I'm trying to lose weight to you can add me if want to since i don't know how to add people.

Thank you, do you put any thing else on pasta or rice?

Do the zucchini noodles taste good as spaghetti?

You can add me I'm on here most of the time and I'm married and trying to lose weight to. ( I can't have kids at the moment because of weight and other reasons but plan to in the future so losing weight is a big motivation)...but also a struggle lol.

Is there any good way to find a website or do anything to find out what portions are right for me?
