Anyone have a recipe idea I can do with broccoli,mushrooms,cauliflower,cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper and fresh string beans/green beans. I was thinking of a stir fry but I want something healthy and not sure if that is. Anyone have any good recipes?

Calorie intake
I hear if you watch your calorie intake in the long run it won't help losing weight because your body gets used to it? Also i want to lose weight but do it where i can stick with it does anyone have any tips besides completely cutting a lot of calories? Which I'm doing for now

Trying to lose weight
Hello everyone, So I'm twenty one soon and about 5'7. I weigh 270 recently and want to lose weight. I need advice on how i can try and lose weight. I walk everyday and trying to watch what i eat but don't think it is good enough because instead of losing weight I'm just gaining it. Any advice?thanks
